This is hands down the BEST LAUNDROMAT I’ve been to and I’ve been to dozens and dozens!!! Not only is this BEAUTIFUL PARROT Here to greet you (my kids were in AWE), but it’s so organized, clean; awesome set up including the wash area and restrooms, and friendly staff!!!
I honestly debated if I should post this because I don’t want OTHERS to make it CROWDED, but the business deserves the respect!!! Thank you for having what is probably the ONLY GREAT laundromat in the entire area!! All machines work, too! THAT ALONE IS WILD!!!

Tired of other laundry mats I decided on Coin-A-Magic as a last resort. This one is located on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. I've met the attendant there whose name is Esther. Her competency, knowledge, and approach of service was mind-blowing. This is hard to find in any customer service genre. Esther was attentive, honest, and altruistic in helping people of all stripes. You don't find help like this ANYWHERE in this day and age. And the laundry mat itself was spotless, spacey, and workable. The coin exchange, unlike others, was easy to understand and operable. I noticed too that Esther took tender care of her machines as she did in others that needed help. To the owners of Coin-A-Magic you've got a keeper. One in a million. ~ Cullen Dorn
